If you miss a meal every once and awhile, or have a low-fat meal, you can miss your dose of Xenical. Doses of more than 120 mg three times a day have not been proven to supply additional weight loss advantages. So if you miss the dose, you just don't have Xenical's help at breaking more of the fat in the food from your meal. Just take your Xenical as normal at your next meal that has some fat in it. Studies have shown that taking more doses than prescribed of Xenical does not make you lose more weight.
